1. Production Time
Because every order is custom-made, production typically takes 1–2 weeks from the date your payment is received and your design is approved. Larger team orders may take additional time. Need it sooner? Rush options may be available for an added fee — mention your deadline in your quote request and we'll let you know what's possible.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Completed orders ship via reliable carriers (such as USPS or UPS) with delivery confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your destination, and are confirmed before your order is finalized.
3. Local Pickup
Local to South Jersey? Free local pickup is available for many orders — just ask when you request your quote and we'll arrange a convenient time.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send tracking information to the email on your order so you can follow it to your door.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete when you order. KC Exclusives is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, reshipment costs may apply.
6. Carrier Delays & Lost Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. KC Exclusives is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. If your tracking shows a package as lost or significantly delayed, contact us at kara@kcexclusives.com and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier.
