Do I have to pay to be in the directory?
No. A basic directory listing is free forever. Featured ($5/mo or $50/yr) and Showcase ($15/mo or $150/yr) are optional upgrades for programs that want top placement, status badges, and leads.
What does “Showcase bundled free” mean?
Every KC Storefront tier — Starter, Pro, and Elite — includes the Showcase directory listing at no extra cost. Once you are on the platform you never pay for the directory separately.
Is there a platform fee on the Storefront tiers?
The Storefront tiers add roughly a 1% platform fee on payments processed. Your gym is the merchant of record on its own Stripe account, and KC adds no processor markup. The directory tiers (Free, Featured, Showcase) have no platform fee.
Is billing monthly or annual?
Featured is $5/mo or $50/yr and Showcase is $15/mo or $150/yr, so you can save by paying yearly. The Storefront tiers — Starter, Pro, and Elite — are billed monthly.
