Returns & Refunds

1. Custom & Made-to-Order

Every KC Exclusives piece is handcrafted to your exact specifications and made only after you approve the design and pricing. Because each item is custom, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing choices, or change of mind. Please review your design proof and size selections carefully before approving your order.

2. If Something Is Wrong

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or made incorrectly (not matching your approved proof), we will make it right with a remake or refund at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at kara@kcexclusives.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

3. How to Start a Remake or Refund

Email kara@kcexclusives.com within 7 days of delivery and include: (a) your name and order number; (b) a description of the problem; (c) photos showing the issue. We will review and respond promptly with next steps. If a remake is needed, we may ask you to return the original item.

4. Refunds

Once an issue is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process and appear on your statement. Where a remake is the better solution, we will prioritize production of your corrected item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded except in the case of our error or damage: personalized and custom items (names, numbers, team designs, custom bows), final-sale or clearance items, and items that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. Because production begins after you approve your design and pay, changes or cancellations may not be possible once your item is in production. We will always do our best to accommodate requests made before production starts.
